Add and Link Owners

If you manage properties for multiple owners, you can easily add and link owners to your different properties.

If you manage properties for multiple owners (you're a property manager) or your properties are structured in an LLC entity for accounting and legal purposes, you may want to organize your properties with our Multi-Owner feature.

By assigning an Owner to a property, you can then easily run reports by individual Owners. This is useful for larger portfolios or users running LLC entities.

Adding an Owner on a Mobile Device

Step 1. Open the left-hand menu bar.

Step 2. Scroll down and select ‘Owners’.

Step 3. Click on the ‘add owner’ option to add the details of a property owner into your system.

Step 4. Enter the owner's details.

Step 5. Hit save.

Linking an Owner to a Property on Mobile

To link an owner you need to navigate to the owner's screen via the lefthand menu. Then tap on the Add/Link Owner. This will allow you to either add a new owner or link an existing owner’s details to the property you’ve selected.

Having owners entered into the software and associated with the relevant property will allow you to filter your reports by owner.

Your owners will appear on this screen in the future and you can edit their details or delete their information from the system at any point.

Adding Owners on Desktop

Step 1. Navigate to the relevant property via the left-hand property tab.

Step 2. Click on the "Owner" tab under the Tenants section.

Step 3. Click Add/ Link Owner.

Step 4. You can either link an owner that is already in your system, for example, you might manage multiple properties owned by a single individual.

Or you can add a new owner into the system.
Step 5. Enter their details and save

View and Manage Owner Details

All your owners will appear under the owner's section of the app. Navigate to this section via the left-hand menu and click on the owner you want to view or edit.
