Chat Support

We've made it easier for you to access great customer support when you need it.

Step 1: Open the App or login to our desktop software.

Step 2: Tap on “More”.

Step 3: Select “Contact Us”.

This opens a chat with us which you can manage from the app.

Step 4: Type in your message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

You will then be notified by push notification when we reply.

Alternatively, we have developed a succinct knowledge base that covers all our customers frequent queries. You can access these help articles via this chat.

Filter Expenses (iOS)

You can now through iOS expenses using date range, amount, categories, and free text.

Step 1: Open the app.

Step 2: Open the left-hand hamburger menu and select the organisation, property or unit where the expense you’re looking for was added.

Step 3: Scroll down to the expense section.

Step 4: Select your filter categories.

You can then edit the expense by tapping on it. For example, you might go back and upload a receipt that you couldn’t find when you entered it originally.

Connect multiple banks on desktop

You can now connect bank accounts from multiple bank accounts on our desktop portal.

To do this navigate to the bank feeds section via the left hand menu.
