This feature is currently only available in the USA, UK, and Canada.
We have partnered with Plaid and will be rolling this feature out to the rest of the world as they expand into new countries.
This feature allows you to connect our app to your bank account and with a tap reconcile income and outgoing expenses.
When choosing your subscription plan it's important to note that Bank feeds are only available on our Growth and Scale Plans. The Growth Plan allows 1 bank provider account connection (Unlimited accounts), Scale Plan allows 5 separate bank provider account connections (Unlimited accounts).

Connecting your Bank Account
Step 1: Click on the Bank feeds tab on the bottom menu bar.
Step 2: Follow the prompts and select your bank account.
Step 3: Select your bank account from the one listed. If you don’t see it type it into the search bar.
Step 4: Use your online banking credentials to log in to your online banking account.

Using Bank Feeds
Step 1. Tap on the Bank feeds Tab to open bank feeds. This is on the bottom menu bar in the app or in the lefthand menu on the desktop.
Step 2. Select the account you wish to reconcile income or expenses from.
Step 3. Scroll through the payments listed in your account and tap on those the ones you wish to reconcile.
Step 4. This will bring up an option to select the property you want to reconcile the income against. Tap on the correct property and hit save.
And that’s it! That will now show up in your payment history (for income) or with your expenses (for outgoing) as well as on your reports!
We are still developing this feature and we intend to automate the entire process once we have taught our AI systems to accurately recognize and record payments.
