Filter expenses by date range, description, category and amount

Filter Expenses

Filter your expenses on iOS and use the search function on desktop to easily find the expenses you're looking for. This filter and search function is designed to help users sort through expenses, get a better financial overview, and edit historical expenses in the system.

Filter expenses on iOS

You can filter by: 

  • Date range.

  • Description.

  • Category.

  • Expense amount.

To use the filter: 

Step 1. Navigate to the relevant property. 

Step 2. Scroll down to the expenses section

Step 3. Tap on the filter icon.

Step 4. Set your filter and the software filter through all your expenses for you.

Search Expenses on Desktop

Step 1: Navigate to the relevant property.

Step 2: Scroll down to the section under the header "Expenses"

Step 3: Type an amount, or keyword into the search bar and press enter.

The system will search all the existing expenses for matches to your search term. You can search using an amount, a category, or even for words in the expense description.
