The Property Details page acts as a central hub for managing lease details, payments & expense, tenants, reminders, mileage and other details. Below is a breakdown of the key sections and functionalities available on this page.

The page is mainly divided into the following sections:

  • Overview - manage lease details, tenants, payments & expenses

  • Contacts - full list of current tenants for a given lease

  • Documents - full list of property and lease documents

  • Mileage & Reminders - mileage and reminders for the property

  • Other - insurance details and others

The lease details (start date) are displayed in the upper-right corner. This also acts as a lease switcher if you happen to have multiple leases created for this property.


Property Overview

Rent Overview

The rent overview widget provides a quick glance at the financial status of rent payments. If online payment is enabled, the rent overview widget provides a summary of scheduled or in-flight online payments.

Additionally, landlords can view and manage the linked bank account associated with the property.

Tenants

The tenants widget provides a list of tenants associated with the current lease, including:

  • Tenant Names & Emails

  • Tenant portal Status:

    • Autopay: Tenant completed online payment setup and enabled autopay.

    • Manual: Tenant is ready to make online payments.

    • Accepted: Tenant accepted tenant portal invitation but has not complete online payment setup.

    • Invited: An invite has been sent.

    • Not Invited: Tenant has not yet been invited to access the tenant portal.

Landlords can add new tenants using the + New button. Goto Managing tenant invite for further details.

Payments & Expenses

This section help you track financial transactions related to the property.

Payments & Payment periods

The payments table provides a view of all payments recorded against a lease. This includes any scheduled, in-flight, or completed payments.

The payment periods table provides a view of all rent expected and its corresponding payments.
