Lease Management
Available on Start, Growth, and Scale
To begin tracking income you need to first add your lease to your property. Your lease contains details of the tenancy duration, rent frequency, and rent amount. The lease helps you track rent payments and overdue arrears on a lease-by-lease basis. There are also other features that can be set up, including, automated rent reminder emails.

Document Storage
Available on Start, Growth, and Scale
You can import documents and images to the app to store everything important in one place. These can be organized under properties or as general documents. Documents also include all receipt images that have been uploaded to expenses.

Adding Notes

You can add additional notes to help keep your property or business more organized. These notes can be added as property notes or general notes.

You can easily send email or SMS to contacts, including, sending documents to tenants, sending payment or expense receipts, or sending general communication to one or more of your tenants.

Reminders

You can set up reminders for yourself and your tenants to make sure important tasks are not forgotten. To use this feature you will need to have added your property, lease, and tenant details, including an email address for both yourself and your tenant.

Tenant Screening helps you generate a TransUnion Smartmove Credit and Background check on a prospective tenant. This feature helps you find reliable and trustworthy tenants for your rental.

Online Rent Collection

Late rent payments become a problem of the past with our Online Rent Collection feature. Your tenants can easily and securely pay rent and utility bills directly into your bank account via our ACH bank transfer.
Note: Fees for Online Rent Collection are $2.25 per transaction on Start, $1.75 per transaction on Growth, and $1.25 per transaction on Scale.

Easily digitize receipts with our smart scan feature. This feature allows you to snap a picture of a receipt using your phone. Landlord Studio reads the receipts and inputs the details for you and saves the digitized receipt safely.

Bank Feeds Integration
Available on Growth and Scale
Connect your bank account and automate your income and expense tracking in Landlord Studio. Bank Feeds imports your bank transactions so you don't forget income/expense transactions. This is useful for keeping on top of larger portfolios with multiple bank accounts. It also helps to keep your financial tracking more accurate.
Note: You can connect 1 bank account of Growth (unlimited suffixes or accounts) and up to 5 bank accounts on Scale (unlimited suffixes or accounts).

You can connect Landlord Studio with your Xero accounts. This one-way integration automatically synchronizes all transactions entered into Landlord Studio with your Xero accounts. This allows you to leverage Xero’s industry-leading accounting and reporting functionality.

Multi-Owner Support
Available on Scale
If you manage properties for multiple owners (you're a property manager) or your properties are structured in an LLC entity for accounting and legal purposes, you may want to organize your properties with our Multi-Owner feature. By assigning an Owner to a property, you can then easily run reports by individual Owners. This is useful for larger portfolios or users running LLC entities.
