You can now customise which online payment email notifications you receive from Landlord Studio. This gives you more control and helps you stay informed about the payment events that matter most to you.
⚠️ This feature is currently available only for customers using Stripe powered online payments.
Where to Find Notification Settings
Go to More from the navigation menu in your Landlord Studio account.
Select Notification preferences.
Online Payment Notification Options
Under Online payments, you can toggle on/off email notifications for each stage of the tenant payment process:
Tenant payment initiated
Receive an email when a tenant's payment has been picked up for processing.Payment being processed
Get notified when a payment has started processing.Payment completed
Get an email confirmation once a payment has successfully completed.
Simply check or uncheck each option to tailor notifications to your needs.
General Notifications
You will also see an option under General:
Get automatically CC’d on tenant emails
Toggle this on if you want to receive copies of all tenant-related emails.
Saving Your Preferences
After making any changes, click Save in the top-right corner. Your settings will be applied immediately.
