To View your Payment History on Mobile
June 2020 iOS update: You can now view your payment history by scrolling down the property details page.
Step 1. Select the relevant property via the left-hand menu bar.
Step 2. On Android, you will want to tap on the ‘Payment History’ option in the top right of the screen underneath the edit property icon.
On iOS simply scroll to the bottom of the page.
Step 3. Here you will be able to see the income history relating to the currently selected lease.
The payments will be categorized by their status: Pending or Completed. Any failed-status payments will occur when tenant payments fail due to insufficient funds, etc.
Tap on a payment to view its details, edit or delete it.
Tap on the email icon to quickly email your tenant a payment receipt.
Emailing Payment Receipts to Tenants
You can email receipts for collected income to your tenants as long as their email address has been entered correctly into the system.
You can do this by either tapping on the email icon on the payment history page or tap into the relevant payment and toggle on ‘Send Receipt’.
Editing or Deleting a Payment
Tap on the payment you wish to edit. You can then adjust the payment date, amount or delete the payment to start again
Viewing and Managing your Payment History on Desktop
Step 1. Navigate to the relevant property via the left-hand menu bar.
Step 2. Scroll down to Payments and tap on a particular payment to view or edit it. You can also delete the payment from this screen
Note: Click on the "Email Receipt" button to email our connected tenants a receipt for the collected rent amount.
