Emailing Payment Receipts

You can easily email payment receipts to tenants for their records.

To email payment receipts on mobile

Step 1. Open the relevant property.

Step 2. Click 'Log Payment'.

Step 3. Enter the payment details. 

Step 4. Scroll down and make sure you have toggled on 'Send Receipt'.

This will automatically send your template email receipt to the tenant when you click save. It will also copy you in, so you can see the email they receive.

Alternatively

You can send historical payment receipts.

Step 1: Navigate to the relevant property.

Step 2: Select "Payment History".

Step 3: Click on the email icon on the relevant payment. This will email your tenant a receipt for that payment.

Step 1. Open the relevant property.

Step 2. Click 'Log New Payment'.

Step 3. Enter the payment details.

Step 4. Update 'Send Receipt' to yes.

Step 5. This will automatically send your template email receipt to the tenant when you click save. It will also copy you in, so you can see the email they receive.
