Step 1. Open the relevant property.
Step 2. Click 'Log Payment'.
Step 3. Enter the payment details.
Step 4. Scroll down and make sure you have toggled on 'Send Receipt'.
This will automatically send your template email receipt to the tenant when you click save. It will also copy you in, so you can see the email they receive.
You can send historical payment receipts.
Step 1: Navigate to the relevant property.
Step 2: Select "Payment History".
Step 3: Click on the email icon on the relevant payment. This will email your tenant a receipt for that payment.
Note: You can adjust your email templates in the settings.
