Adding Notes

There is space to add additional notes regarding, property, organization, income or expenses.

Adding Notes to a Property or Organization on Mobile

Step 1. Choose the property or organization you want to add notes to.

Step 2. Tap on the other tab and then tap on the "Add Note" card.

Step 3. Enter the date and notes.

Step 4. Hit Save.

You can edit and delete notes anytime you want by tapping on the note displayed.

Adding Note Using the Quick Action (iOS only)

Step 1: From the property dashboard tap on the quick action button (the blue plus sign in the bottom right-hand corner).

Step 2: Tap on โ€˜ Add Noteโ€™

Step 3: Select the relevant property or your organization.

Step 4: Type in your note and save.

Adding Notes to a Property or Organization on Desktop

Step 1. Navigate to the relevant property or organization, click '+ Add' on the left-hand side of the page, then select 'Note' from the dropdown menu.

Step 2. Type in your note and hit Save.

Once saved, notes can be found in the Mileage and Reminders section of your property.
