Automatic rent payments help you minimize the risk of missed payments and late fees. You will need a connected a bank account before you can proceed.

1. Select [Enable Autopay] from the Autopay widget located on the top right hand widget.

2. Select the number of days before the rent due date for payments to be withdrawn from your bank account.

Note: Landlord Studio uses the ACH network to transfer payments directly into your bank account. This process takes 3-5 business days.

3. Specify the autopay amount and click [Set up] to complete the setup.

To see all future payments scheduled covered by Autopay, please review the upcoming payments table. You'll find an "Autopay" indicator under the status column for all currently scheduled payments.

Note: Any payments that don't have the "Autopay" indicator will not be paid up automatically and you will need to log into the tenant portal to make this payment.
