What happened to unlimited free units on GO?
We previously ran an offer that unlocked unlimited free units on GO when you enabled online rent collection on at least one unit. That offer is closed and is no longer available to new accounts.
If you already unlocked unlimited free units under that offer, you keep them. Nothing changes on your account, and you do not need to do anything.
If you are starting out on GO today, the plan covers up to 3 units. If you need more, you can add units on PRO or PRO Plus from our pricing page.
Online rent collection is still free for landlords
Online rent collection is available on every plan, GO included. There is a flat $2.50 processing fee per transaction, which you can either absorb or pass on to your tenant. See our Online Rent Collection FAQs for the full detail.
