How To Syndicate Rental Listings

Instantly share your rental listing across the top rental marketing platforms, maximize exposure, and collect more leads with syndication.

Our syndication feature allows our customers in the US to automatically distribute their rental listings across our thoughtfully curated network of partners. Find the best possible tenants faster than ever.

For now, our network includes:

  • Zillow

  • Trulia

  • Hotpads

  • Zumper

We're currently working to extend our network further, incorporating partners including:



  • Dwellsy


How to syndicate listings on Desktop

  1. Navigate to the Listings page and either select an existing listing or create a new one.

  2. Click on the "Syndicate Now" button located on the right-hand side of the page. This streamlined process ensures that your listings are effortlessly circulated, maximizing their visibility and potential tenant reach.

  3. Confirm that you want to share your listing across our syndication partners.

  4. All listings will be reviewed and approved by one of our staff members before syndicating to ensure a safe and positive experience for both our landlords and tenants.

    Please note: This review process can take up to 24 hours.

  5. The syndicate listing box will now transform allowing you to review your syndication status and access live links to your listing on each of our partner's websites.

    This ensures you can conveniently track and access your listings.

How to syndicate listings on Mobile

  1. Tap on "Listings" in the left-hand menu

  2. Select an existing listing or select [New listing]

  3. Select [Syndicate now] to enable listing syndication. Once enabled, Landlord Studio will automatically syndicate your listings to Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and Zumper.

  4. Your listing is now enabled for syndication.

Note: Once your listing is approved it could take up to 24 hours for your listing to appear on our partner sites.
