Listing syndication refers to the process of distributing a property listing across multiple platforms or websites. Landlord Studio syndicates your approved listing to most popular listing platforms including Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and Zumper.

How do I take down a syndicated listing?
You can take down syndicated listings at any time. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for the listing to be removed from syndication partners' sites. Please refer to How to take down syndicated listings.
How do I edit a syndicated listing?
For now, published listings must be de-listed before it can be edited. All edits must be reviewed & approved before its set to live again.
Landlord Studio is already working on updates to improve this process so that the listing won't be required to be taken offline during the review process.
How long does it take for my listing to reach the syndication network?
The amount of time it takes could vary from a few hours to a couple of days depending on the partner. However, as a general rule of thumb, it takes up to 24 hours for your listings to be published.
How can I view my syndicated listing?
Once your listing has been successfully syndicated, you can access it by using the links provided in the syndication widget.
Why isn’t my syndicated listing showing?
Your listing may have failed to be syndicated for a number of reasons. Please check in with our support team if the listing fails to appear on our partners' sites after 24 hours.
How much does it cost to syndicate my listing?
Listings are syndicated to our partners for free.
How do I manage leads from a syndicated listing?
This depends on where the lead originated. Leads received via Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads will appear in Landlord Studio under the "Leads" tab of a listing. This is designed so you can manage your leads in one place. Leads received via other platforms such as Zumper will be shared with you via Email.
