Your properties are normally synced into Nexus automatically from your letting agent's system. If a property is missing, for example, one that isn't managed by your agent, you can also add it manually so that all of your rental income and expenses are in one place.
Adding a Property
Select Properties from the navigation menu.
Click + New property in the top right.
Start typing the property address and select it from the suggestions. (Address lookup is restricted to UK addresses.)
If your address doesn't appear, click Enter address manually and complete the fields:

State
ZIP Code
Country
Click Add property to save.
Your new property will appear in your properties list, ready for you to set its ownership percentage and add transactions.
Editing or Removing a Property
To edit a property you've added, click on the property and choose to edit its details. You can update the address fields and then save your changes.
To remove a property, use the Delete option. Deleting a property also removes its associated information from your account, so only do this if you're sure.
Note: Properties synced from your letting agent are managed by your agent. You cannot remove or change the details of properties synced from your letting agent.
