If your letting agent uses Nexus, they can send you a registration link to set up your own account. This is the quickest way to get started.
This article walks through signing up from the link you've been sent. The whole process takes just a few minutes: accept the invite, confirm your email, set a password, and you're in.
Before You Start
You'll need the registration email or link from your letting agent. If you haven't received one and you expected to, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact your letting agent to confirm they've sent it.
Step 1: Sign Up
Open the registration link to reach the Sign up page. Your details are pre-filled from your letting agent, so you simply need to:
Check that your details are correct.
Tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Click Continue.
Step 2: Check Your Email
After signing up, you'll see a Check your email message. Nexus sends a confirmation email to the address shown on screen.
Open your inbox, find the email from Nexus, and click Confirm account to verify your email address.
Tip: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 3: Set Your Password
Confirming your account takes you to the Set your password page. Here you'll:
Enter a Password.
Re-enter it under Confirm password.
Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy if prompted.
Click Continue.
Step 4: You're In
Once your password is set, you'll be taken straight to your Nexus Dashboard. From here you can review your properties, check your income and expenses, and get started with Making Tax Digital.
Note: It could take up to 24 hours for your property information to finish syncing from your letting agent after you first sign in.

Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the registration or confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, ask your letting agent to resend your registration link.
My link has expired. Registration links are time-limited for security. Contact your letting agent for a fresh link.
My details are wrong on the sign-up page. These come from your letting agent's records. Let your agent know so they can correct them at source.
