How to connect another letting agent to your existing Nexus account

If you have properties managed by more than one letting agent, you can connect an additional agent feed to your existing Nexus account.

To do this, the additional letting agent must already be supported by Nexus and have Nexus installed.

Before you start

Make sure:

  • The additional letting agent is listed in the Nexus directory

  • The agent has Nexus installed and available for its landlords

  • You use the exact same email address already linked to your existing Nexus account

  • That same email address is also recorded against you in the additional agent’s CRM or property management system

You can check whether your agent is supported here:

How to connect another agent

  1. Go to the Nexus agent directory: https://www.landlordstudio.com/uk/nexus/directory

  2. Find the second agent that manages your properties.

  3. Open their Nexus signup page and start the signup process.

  4. Enter the exact same email address you already use for your Nexus account.

  5. Make sure this is also the email address the additional letting agent has on file for your properties.

  6. Complete the signup process.

  7. You’ll receive an activation email from Nexus. Open the email and follow the activation link to confirm the connection.

Once confirmed, the additional agent feed will be connected to your existing Nexus account.

Your email address must match

For example, if your existing Nexus account uses:

then your additional letting agent must also have landlord@example.com recorded against you in their system.

If they have a different email address on file, contact the agent and ask them to update it before completing the Nexus signup.

What if my letting agent isn’t listed?

If your letting agent does not appear in the Nexus directory, they may not have Nexus installed yet.

You can contact your letting agent and ask them to make Nexus available.

Your agent can then contact the Nexus partnerships team at:

We can help them confirm whether their property management system is supported and get Nexus installed.

What happens after you connect the additional agent?

Once the activation is confirmed, Nexus will automatically sync the relevant property and transaction information from both agents into your Nexus account.

You can repeat the same process for any other supported letting agents that manage properties for you, as long as:

  • The agent has Nexus installed

  • The same email address is used for your Nexus account and in the agent’s CRM
