If you are on Landlord Studio PRO and want other PRO Plus features, you can change your plan yourself from inside the app. This guide explains where to upgrade, what you pay when you upgrade partway through a billing period, and when your new features become available.

There are two ways into the upgrade flow:

Step 1: Go to "Settings", then "Subscriptions".

Step 2: Select PRO Plus.

Step 3: Choose monthly or annual billing.

Step 4: Review the summary. Landlord Studio will show the prorated amount you are charged today, your next renewal date, and the full amount you will pay from that date.

Step 5: Confirm payment using the card already on your account, or add a different card.

Step 6: Landlord Studio will confirm the upgrade and your PRO Plus features will be available straight away.

Will I be charged twice?

No. You are only charged the difference between the two plans for the remainder of your current billing period. The amount you already paid for PRO is credited against your upgrade.

Does my renewal date change?

No. Your subscription renews on the same date as before, at the PRO Plus price.

Can I go back to PRO later?

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from "Settings", then "Subscriptions". We do not offer refunds, so a downgrade takes effect from your next renewal date and you keep your PRO Plus features until then. Find out more about managing your subscription.

When can I start using the PRO Plus features?

As soon as your payment succeeds. There is no waiting period and you do not need to log out and back in.
