Not all expenses are the landlord's responsibility, however, as a landlord you may still be called in to assist or organize these payments.

You can easily pass these payments on to the responsible tenant using our app.

Adding expenses payable by tenant on mobile

Step 1. Add expense. Find out how here: Add Expenses 

Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the expenses form and tick the circle next to ‘Payable by Tenant’.

Step 3. Hit save. This will take you back to your property dashboard.

Step 4. You can now email the expense invoice or receipt to your tenant by clicking on the email icon on the expense.

Step 1. Add a new expense. Toggle Payable by Tenant to Yes.

Step 2. Hit save. This will take you back to your property dashboard.

Step 3. You can now email the expense invoice or receipt to your tenant by clicking on the Email Invoice button next to the expense.
