To make managing expenses as easy as possible you can easily view and manage all expenses from one place.
You can either view property-specific expenses by navigating to the relevant property dashboard,
Or:
View all expenses at once on the expenses page
This feature is only available on mobile devices at this time.
To do this:
Step 1. Open left-hand menu bar.
Step 2. Select ‘Expenses’ under the section ‘Other’.
All your listed expenses will be listed here under the tabs ‘All’, ‘Unpaid’, & ‘Payable by Tenant’.
Note: You can tap on any of your expenses to view, edit, or delete them.
You can also open your expenses page from the Landlord Studio dashboard by simply tapping on the "Upcoming Expenses" or "Overdue Expenses" card.
