Importing Documents

You can import documents and images to the app to store everything important in one place.

You can add and upload documents to your properties. You may need to import documents into the app first.

You can import documents from your linked email account and then link the document to the relevant property or organization.

Importing from your email.

Step 1. Open your email account and select the email with the attached document.

Step 2. Select the document and choose ‘Open in Landlord Studio’. This will import the document into the app.

View your Imported Documents:

Step 1. Open the app.

Step 2. Open your settings on iOS use the more button on the bottom menu bar.

Step 3. Click on ‘Imported Documents’.

Step 5. This will take you to a page showing all the documents that you have imported. These documents can now be connected to specific properties.

Importing on iOS and Desktop

You only need to import documents first if you're using the app on an iOS device. On desktop and Android, you can import from inside the app.

Step 1: Open the app.

Step 2: Navigate to the relevant property.

Step 3: Select documents / Add new document.

Step 4: Select the relevant document from your device's files.

Step 5: Add a description and save.
