You can email documents stored in Landlord Studio to your tenants directly from the app. For example, you might want to email a tenant a copy of their lease agreement should they misplace theirs.

Step 1. Navigate to the relevant property via the left-hand menu bar. 

Step 2. Tap on Documents

Step 3. Go to the relevant folder and select the document you want to share.

Step 4. Click on the document.

Step 4. Click on the Tap to view or email icon.

Step 5. Tap on the email icon at the bottom (or the share icon if on Android)

Step 6. Edit the email as required, then send to the relevant tenant.
