Step 1: Select your account type
Step 2: Tell us about your business.
Enter your full physical address (PO box not accepted), business name, EIN (A nine-digit number assigned to LLCs, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and other entities for tax filing and reporting purposes), and upload an IRS issued EIN Confirmation Letter (IRS-issued SS4 confirmation letter).
Make sure the information you provide matches exactly the ID and business document uploaded.
Note: Please ensure the address provided is a physical address and NOT a P.O Box.
Step 3: Tell us about the business controller
The business controller is any individual who holds significant responsibilities when it comes to the management of the business. Such as the CEO, CFO, President, etc.
Only one controller's information needs to be collected at this time. You will need your ID (the business controller's) for the next step.
Step 4: Upload your ID verification
The ID you upload should match the details entered on the previous pages.
You can choose to take a photo or upload an existing one from your camera roll.
Note: Please upload actual photos of your ID. Scanned copies will be rejected.

US State Issued Drivers Licenses
US State issued Identification card (or non-driver ID),
US Visa
Federal Employment Authorization Card
Step 5: Confirm you’re the ID owner with video verification
Using our easy 2-factor authentication verify you’re the ID owner. This step is designed to help prevent fraud.
Follow the prompts to capture a short video clearly showing your face beside your ID.
Step 6: Add beneficial owners
A beneficial owner is anyone that owns 25% or more of the equity in the company.
If you have no beneficial owners select no and skip ahead to step 8.
Step 7: Add and verify each of your beneficial owner details.
You can add up to three additional beneficial owners. You will need to enter the details of each beneficial owner and verify their IDs.
Step 8: Submit
Once you’re happy hit submit on the last step.
We will then confirm and verify your details, and pass the required information to our payments provider Dwolla who will run final security checks.
Your account will be confirmed and verified shortly. Check back within twenty-four hours.
Further checks may be necessary on a case by case basis. We may call you for further verification or in some cases, we will request for additional documents such as your lease documents or your property deed as required by our Internal Risk Team.
