To create a new maintenance request navigate to the Maintenance tab via the left-hand menu. Then simply click on the "+ New request" button located in the top right corner.

A pop-up modal will appear on the screen. You can add the following details for each maintenance request:

  • Title - Title or high-level description of the request. This is the only mandatory field for a request.

  • Description - Detailed description of the request.

  • Due Date - Optional due date for a request.

  • Status - Request status, must be either New, In Progress, Completed

  • Priority - Low, Medium, High, Urgent. The system defaults all requests to Medium priority.

  • Images (Up to 5 images)

Select the "Save" button located at the bottom of the pop-up to create the request. The "Cancel" button will discard all information entered.
