What if You Can’t Connect Your Bank Account Through Plaid to Receive Rent Payments?

Manually connect your bank to receive payments even if it's not listed on Plaid.

We have enabled manual authentication for bank accounts for rent collection.

What this means if your bank isn't listed on Plaid you can manually enter the bank details and we’ll authenticate and link your account for you.

To manually connect your bank:

Step 2: If your account is not listed in Plaid click “enter account details manually” just below the add account button.

Step 3: Enter the bank name, routing number, and account number

Step 4: Save.

The bank account will then be verified and linked.

Once the bank account is connected we will send out an email to your chosen tenant.
