How to download the tenant report
Log into the tenant portal.
Navigate to settings via the person icon at the top right of the screen.
Select download report to download a PDF of your complete rental payment history to date.
How to share the tenant report
Your rental history report will be downloaded as a PDF file. This can now easily be shared as part of your rental application.
Attach it to emails or print it out and hand it to new landlord prospects as additional proof of your historical rental payments.

How to invite your landlord to use Landlord Studio
Select “Invite Landlord”
Enter your landlord's name and email address.
Click “Send”.
Your landlord will receive an email inviting them to create a free Landlord Studio account.
Once they set up their account they simply need to add you as their tenant to the property then you can start paying rent and submitting maintenance requests via the Landlord Studio system.
