With Landlord Studio you can easily track income that is not specific to a single property.

This is helpful if you have auxiliary revenue streams that are associated with your real estate business but not tied to a specific lease or property. For example, you might collect cash from vending or laundry machines on site.

This income should be logged against the organization.

Step 1. Open the side menu and scroll down to select "Organization".

Step 2. Under the Payments tab, tap on the '+' icon.

Step 3. On the Create New Payment page, enter the payment date, amount, payment category and notes. Select Save.

Step 4. You will be navigated back to the Organization Details page. The newly created payment can be viewed in the Payments table.
